date format in clear_previous_execution

[OA] Hello everyone,

it seems to me that the hdfs folder structure in oa (especially in the function clear_previous_exception) is thought to be without leading zeros (example May -> 5), in other spot modules, i.e. spot-ml, there is instead a leading zero (May -> 05).
