Make DISTINCT(*) a synonym for DISTINCT *

We overshot when we removed the rule that ignored parens around star to instead produce a named structs.
It turns out that there is a substantial set of users abusing thsi property do do DISTINCT to mean DISTINCT *.
Instead of rolling back the entire improvement, let's special case DISTINCT ( *)
