Enable `spark.authenticate` by default in K8s environment

Apache Spark supports spark.authenticate and spark.authenticate.secret since 1.0.0.

This issue proposes to set `spark.authenticate=true` simply in K8s environment. There is no other required change because Spark will automatically generate an authentication secret unique to each application for a little improved isolation and security per applications in K8s environment.
