Integrate all errors that causes re-create of a view failing into one error class

Should integrate errors that causes re-create of view failing into single error class, and make the subclasses for distinct cases.

e.g.

• CANNOT UPCAST
• TABLE NOT FOUND/UNRESOLVED
• UNRESOLVED FUNCTION
• DATATYPE MISMATCH
