It is unnecessary to release the ShuffleManagedBufferIterator or ShuffleChunkManagedBufferIterator or ManagedBufferIterator buffers when the client channel's connection is terminated

 It is unnecessary to release the ShuffleManagedBufferIterator or ShuffleChunkManagedBufferIterator or ManagedBufferIterator buffers when the client channel's connection is terminated, to reduce I/O operations and improve performance for the External Shuffle Service.
