Extend Support for useful JSON Functions

    Description

      Currently, Spark only supports few functions for JSON. There are many other common utility functions which are supported by other popular DBMSs. Supporting these functions will make it easier for prospective users. Also some functions like `json_array_length` , `json_object_keys` are more intuitive and naive users life would be much simpler.

      I have added some JSON functions on which I am working on.
