Description

Remove the following SQL configs:

spark.sql.variable.substitute.depth
spark.sql.execution.pandas.respectSessionTimeZone
spark.sql.parquet.int64AsTimestampMillis

Recently all deprecated SQL configs were gathered to the deprecatedSQLConfigs map:
