Allow using some alternatives for service accounts

Some some cloud environment use alternatives for kubernetes Service-account. It will be flexible for user if we allow  user to have alternative to it.

After SPARK-25887 user can use kubeconfig file to get authenticated and hence can also create a secret and mount that to pod using pod template.
