Create a field type for multi-value numeric/time durations

It would be great if there was a field type that implemented the technique described here: http://wiki.apache.org/solr/SpatialForTimeDurations It can be tricky to implement properly.

Eventually once there's a new prefixTree implementation that I'm (slowly) working on, the internal implementation can be much better.
