Lucene doc link in example's solrconfig.xml is dead after Lucene javadoc reorganization

Example's solrconfig.xml points to lucene 3.5 documentation for IndexDeletionPolicy javadoc.

The link is dead (possibly in other places too).

The fix is here: https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/pull/6/files#diff-0 , just one line copy/paste. Though, that's lucene 4.0 link, I am not sure if there is a different one for Lucene 4.1 (catch-22...).
