Fix SchemaCodecFactory to get PostingsFormat and DocValues from field

In SOLR-13968, we added getPostingsFormat() and getDocValuesFormat() to the SchemaField class. But it misses a change in SchemaCodecFactory to call these methods instead of calling the same methods on FieldType.
