Solr should warn about low disk space upon startup

I ran into disk issues, hence Solr crashed. Restarted Solr, and it started up just fine and crashed later.

I think Solr should print a warning when the data directory is on a partition with low disk space (say <2% free).

My df -h:

/dev/nvme0n1p1  117G  111G  685M 100% /mnt/nvme0n1p1

I think I've seen this issue somewhere in the past, but can't find it.
