Solr node is going down automatically and not scaling up.

Since 1 1/2 yr we are using Azure Solr cloud 7.7.1 with Zookeeper as co-ordination service in my Project. Suddenly one of the collection/core node went down and not recovering automatically. Attaching the Solr config details. 

Work around taken care :

1. Tried to recreating the replica which was down, but new replica also going down.
2. Redeployed Solr multiple times.
3. Tried to create the dummy collection from the config set of failed collection, which is also failed.
4. Tried to increase the memory from 2 GB to 4 GB.
5. Tried to restore the data from snapshot (Using Azure persistent volume as data store)
