AbstractIncrementalBackupTest fails on the macOS tests

We get the following error generally with any of the repository implementations:

Java.lang.AssertionError: expected:<COMPLETED> but was:<RUNNING>

Instead of waiting 20 seconds, let's try 30 seconds and see if the errors go away. These machines might not be fast enough for the test...
