Source files in ref guide module missing license headers

We have several files part of the new Antorra ref guide build that are missing license headers. We need to figure out which of those files are creative work generated by our committers and which were boilerplate copies from other Antorra resources. The ones that were our work should be identified and licenses applied, and the ones coming from external sources should be cited as such.
