split 10-args LTRRescorer.scoreSingleHit method

As part of the SOLR-14920 automatic code formatting effort it was noticed that the method has 10 arguments which is rather a lot. Since the method actually does "score and log" logic one way to split it would be into "score" and "log" logic methods.
