Add sensible defaults for the facet, random, facet2D, timeseries, stats and update Streaming Expressions

This ticket will add sensible defaults to the facet, random, facet2D, timeseries, stats and update streaming expressions so that users can type in fewer parameters and receive sensible results. This is part of an overall set of changes designed to make Streaming Expressions and Math Expressions as easy as possible to use to drive adoption.
