Allow percentiles Stream Evaluator to accept an array of percentiles to calculate

Currently the percentiles Stream Evaluator only accepts a request for a single percentile. This ticket will allow the percentiles function to calculate an array of percentiles in the same request. This will make qq-plots easier and more efficient.
