Replace TokenizerChain in Solr with Lucene's CustomAnalyzer

    Description

      Solr's TokenizerChain was created before Lucene's CustomAnalyzer was added, and it duplicates much of CustomAnalyzer. Let's consider refactoring to remove TokenizerChain.
