solr core reload can not stop docbuilder and continue build documents

    Description

      step1:use DIH full import command build index
      step2:reload this core

      More information please see attaches

      bug result:when I reload the core which is buiding index ,but the docbuilder can not be stop.It continue build index unitl it finished all docs.
