Remove configs deprecated in 0.10.* release and update configs

"yarn.container.count" was deprecated in 0.10.0 and we replaced it with "job.container.count". We should remove the warning message, remove deprecated config and update configurations tables as well.

Please also scan for more such variables (if any).
