Close stores in TestKeyValueStores

TestKeyValueStores.teardown deletes all of the LevelDB files that were created during the test phase, but never actually closes the store. This leads to severe performance degradation in subsequent runs of the test (cache, serde, cache-and-serde, leveldb).
