Implement toString() for Wake LinkReference and related classes

We need to improve logging in Wake when establishing and tearing down the connection via Netty. For that, we need to implement .toString() methods for LinkReference, NettyMessagingTransport, and RemoteEventEncoder and update the NettyMessagingTransport constructor.
