Implement REEF-on-Spark example

We need to create a separate maven module reef-examples-spark for our REEF-on-Spark integration code. This module should have HelloREEF examples that demonstrate how to run REEF applications in unmanaged mode from Spark. It should also be the place for Spark integration unit tests.
