Add HTML5 Placeholders fallback for browser lacking native support

Add a fallback for HTML5 placeholders for browser that lack native support. Suggesting https://github.com/amiel/html5support, which is more lightweight & has more feature support (includes autofocus) than html5-placeholder-pollyfill. This is not available in any public domain but is under a MIT license.
