Make XAResourceImpl serializable to aid in XA transaction recovery

A majority of transaction manager serialize an XAResource to a transaction log in order to be able to automatically recover these resources for in-doubt transactions. Without this implementing recovery for an XAResource generally requires vendor specific API's for registration and recovery.

XAResourceImpl should be made serializable to work with a variety of TransactionManagers without having to resort to vendor specific API's.
