[proton-j] stale entries can stick in transport work list upon freeing sender with buffered delivery

When a sender link is freed with a buffered delivery it can become stuck in the transport work list, leading to retention when repeating this with lots of senders on a long lived session/connection. The transport should clear such entries from the work list when encountered and it is clear they cant be actioned.
