Extend the Edgent integration with the new Subscription features of PLC4X

Recently PLC4X was extended by a subscription form of communication. Unfortunately the current version of the Edgent integration does not support this. It would be great if someone could tacke extending the existing Edgent integration with the capability to subscribe to values and hereby get rid of the current polling mechanism.
