On FileBrowser on OSX, it would be useful to allow the Cmd-UP key to navigate to parent directory

To mimic what OSX Finder windows do – ease of use for Mac users.

Note: applies to VFSFileBrowser as well.

Are there any Windows- or Linux-specific changes like this that should be done?
