Support CAST (expression AS type) syntax

When the actual type is VARBINARY for a data and the actual data it carries is of an int or long, we should support converting the type to get Int/Long. PDataType is having the support to convert types from one to another. But on doing from VARBINARY->LONG I am getting StackOverflow error
