WebContextsService cleanup should get reworked

WebContextsService uses quite a few ThreadLocals for starting/activating the various scopes for a Request. Currently we close all of them in destroyRequestContext(). But this has negative side effects if it gets used in unit tests.

We shall also clear the ThreadLocal cache of the RequestScopedBeanInterceptorHandler.
