First missing dependency is shown incorrectly

When there are two missing dependencies, and the first one is available and the check for second one fails with AccessControlException: Permission denied or some other exception, we still show the first missing dependency as the first one. This is very misleading for the user and they usually waste time trying to see why it is showing as missing when it is available.
