Have the RoleType field in AddInvoiceRole only show the roles of the selected party

Currently, and regardless of the party selected, the roletype fields show all possible roletypes. This field should only show the roles of the party selected, and it should only show the roles available at the moment of creation of the invoice role (life-span, filter-by-date).
