Catalog Stores - VIEW permissions

Currently, a user with only 'VIEW' permissions, as demonstrated in trunk demo with userId = auditor, accessing the Catalog Stores screen, sees editable fields and/or triggers (to requests) reserved for users with 'CREATE' or 'UPDATE' permissions.
