Missing NotNull annotation with AuthenticationConfiguration and LoginModuleStatsCollector

The interfaces AuthenticationConfiguration and LoginModuleStatsCollector both lack NotNull annotation with a method. The implementations either are not annotated either or are annotated with notnull but don't perform any test for the parameter being null.
