DocumentStoreIndexer should clear the index state prior to indexing

    Description

      DocumentStoreIndexer currently implements some part of logic which is present in IndexUpdate. However it misses on 2 things

      1. Removing the hidden index state
      2. Resetting the reindexing flag

      Those should be implemented
