Major Description
Following OAK-6826 I think we are able to remove the package export for org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.atomic which is no longer used in non-test code outside of oak-core. At the same time the entry in the baseline filter in the parent/pom.xml should be removed.
mduerig, stillalex, mreutegg, I will run the build with the proposed changes including ITs and would go ahead removing the export if it succeeds. Feel free to revert if you oppose the change for some reason I cannot see from looking at the code or if I missed something.
