org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.management is exported but not used outside of oak-core

mduerig, stillalex, mreutegg do you know why org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.management is exported despite the fact that it's not used outside of oak-core? Is this a leftover from the refactoring where pieced of that package where moved out?

Unless there some objection from your side I would suggest to drop the export in oak-core (and the baseline exception in the parent pom).
