The --src-external-ds option does not mandate argument but reads it later

It seems that in OptionParserFactory the option --src-external-ds does not require an argument but on the other hand that argument is expected to be present later in MigrationOptions

This is inconsistent and IMHO it should be fixed especially for parsers that are created based on OptionParserFactory.
