Provide an extension point to customize the NodeStore builders

Some commands may require custom config options of the NodeStore builders. NodeStoreFixtureProvider should expose some extension point to customize the builder.

For now we can expose 2 interfaces

• DocumentBuilderCustomizer
• FileStoreBuilderCustomizer

Commands can register there customizers with Whiteboard attached to Option which would then be used by the fixture implementation
