    Description

      The commons-codec dependency is missing for oak-run and console commands working with a DocumentNodeStore may fail with:

      java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/codec/binary/Hex

      It seems only trunk is affected. The 1.6 branch is fine. Maybe the dependency went missing with a recent refactoring.
