Improve Javadoc of multiplexing SPI

while working on OAK-3402 I found myself struggling with the lack of javadoc describing the multiplexing contract. The explanation present with Mount.isUnder is how I would expect it to be everywhere but the other methods even have no javadoc or it is very sparse.
