Non default MissingIndexProviderStrategy is not being passed to child editor

IndexUpdate allows passing in a custom MissingIndexProviderStrategy. However the custom provider is only stored as instance variable in IndexUpdate and does not get passed to child IndexUpadate instance.

As a fix it should be stored in IndexUpdateRootState and accessed from that
