The Jcr builder should accept a fully initialized Oak instance

Jcr initialises every instance of Oak currently passed to it. This prevents the usage of Jcr as a facade for the rest of the oak-jcr bundle. Jcr should provide a way to accept an instance of Oak without attaching to it the full set of Editor, CommitHook, etc.
