Avoid instanceof checks in SegmentDiscoveryLiteService

SegmentDiscoveryLiteService performs instanceof checks on the NodeStore service it depends on. A better approach would be to register the DiscoveryLiteDescriptor service as part of the activation of SegmentNodeStoreService since the descriptor is anyway tied to the content managed by that instance of NodeStore.
