Queries on a Solr index defined on a subtree return unconsistent paths

When one defines a Solr index on e.g. /content the nodes are indexed into Solr with just their relative paths, however the original paths need to be rebuilt back at query time, otherwise the QE will always filter them all out and thus return 0 results.
