Use stable reverse revision comparator in UpdateUtils.applyChanges()

The method currently takes a comparator parameter, but the DocumentNodeStore requires that a revision map is always sorted reverse. To avoid incorrect usage of the method, the comparator parameter should be removed and the implementation always uses the stable reverse revision comparator for a new TreeMap.
