RDBDocumentStore: improve logging for server time difference detection

Currently, when the caller decides that the reported time difference to the server is too big to ignore, it's non-trivial to find the exact reason. Thus add DEBUG/INFO level logging of the timestamps being compared (where the log severity depends on the measured difference).
