Minor Description
I think this was introduced with OAK-2679. This introduced before and after methods, which toggle caching in the OrderedPropertyIndexProvider. The test extends from AbstractRepositoryTest and inherits the Parallelized annotation. This means multiple fixtures may run in parallel. Therefore the static cache setting becomes unpredictable.
