Option to only collect references when calling checkConsistency

MarkSweepGarbageCollector#checkConsistency collects and consolidates all references from all repositories available and then proceeds to collect all blob ids. 

The markOnly option will enable to collect references and stats about references without doing a collection of blob ids which can take days for very large repositories
